"Where" and "we're" are confused as they are written similarly. "Where" is used to denote the location something can be found or the location to which something is going.
We're
Exemple : ‘’We're never going to be able to afford that house!’’
"We're" is a short way of writing the two words "we" and "are" which correspond to the 1st person plural of the present tense.
