The word "tire" and "tyre" are homonyms and therefore are often mixed up. "Tire" is a verb used to express getting worn out or bored of something.
Tyre
Exemple : ‘’I have a flat tyre on my bike.’’
"Tyre" is a noun and denotes the thick rubber ring on the edge of wheels.
