"Thyme" and "time" are often mixed up as they are homonyms. The word "thyme" is used to denote a herb which is commonly used in cooking.
Time
Exemple : ‘’Do you know what time it is?’’
The word "time" can be used in a number of different ways. It can denote the measuring of minutes. hours, days or years. It can also be used to denote a particular point or event in the past. This idea is commonly expressed in memories through the phrase "remember the time when..."
