Exemple : ‘’I am going to Spain to spend some time in the sun.’’
“Sun” and “son” are homonyms which can cause confusion. “Sun” is a noun denoting the star which provides the earth with both light and heat.
Son
Exemple : ‘’My son is called Daniel.’’
The word “son” denotes a male child whilst for a female the equivalent would be “daughter.”
