Sight or Cite?

Sight
Exemple : ‘’If you don't have good sight then you need to go for an eye test.’’
The word "sight" and "cite" are commonly mixed up although they have very different meaning. "Sight" refers to the ability to see.
Cite
Exemple : ‘’I want to cite you for your hard work and determination.’’
"Cite" can be used as a synonym of "to quote" as well as to mean "to praise" or "to commend."
