Overlook

"Overlook" and "oversee" are often misused but they do not have the same meaning. "Overlook" is used as a verb to mean either "forgive" or "not notice."
Oversee
Exemple : ‘’I need to be home to oversee the project.’’
"Oversee" is also used as a verb but denotes the act of watching over or organising a project.
