Exemple : ‘’There are some very high mountains over there!’’
"High" and "tall" are often mixed up. "High" relates to things which are a long way above the ground.
Tall
Exemple : ‘’She is tall enough to be a model!’’
"Tall" is used in relation to people as "high" can never be used to describe a person. "Tall" can also be used in relation to things which are tall and thin such as trees and buildings.
