Heal or Heel?

The words "heal" and "heel" are homonyms which means they are often mixed up. "Heal" is a verb meaning to get better and can relate to physical injuries as well as mental states.
Exemple : ‘’There was a stone digging into my heel for the whole time!’’
"Heel" is the word used to denote the back, rounded part of a foot.
