A void or Avoid?
Exemple : ‘’There was a void left in my life when he died.’’
"A void" written as two words has a different meaning that "avoid" written as one single word. "A void" means a large hole which can be used in both a literal and a metaphorical sense.
Exemple : ‘’I always avoid doing housework.’’
"Avoid" is a verb used to denote the act of intentionally choosing to ignore or miss something.
