The words "threw" and "through" are homonyms and therefore they are commonly mixed up. "Threw" is the past tense of the verb "to throw."


Exemple : ‘’I am going through my clothes to give to charity.’’

"Through" is a preposition and adverb which denotes direction from one end to another.
