Pour or Pore ?
Exemple : ‘’Could you pour me a glass of water please?’’
The words "pour" and "pore" are homonyms and therefore are often mixed up with each other. "Pour" is a verb which denotes the act of making a liquid flow from one container into another.
Exemple : ‘’My pore became blocked and that's why I got a spot.’’
"Pore" is a noun which denotes a very small hole in the skin. It can also be used to refer to small holes in rocks.
