Allude or Elude ?
Exemple : ‘’I think he will allude to you in his speech.’’
The verbs "allude" and "elude" are often mixed up due to their similar pronounciations. "Allude" is used to denote the act of making reference to something indirectly.

"Elude" is used as a synonym of the verb "to evade." It suggests evading something in a sly or cunning way.
